Dade County got its first Surterra location on South Beach and Liberty Health Science recently added locations in St Petersburg and Tampa.

Trulieve filed a lawsuit against the cap on the number of dispensaries and plans to open a location in the Panhandle.
The trial about smoking started in Tallahassee. Led by John Morgan, the plaintiffs believe that the State shouldn’t be able to restrict smoking medical marijuana from being legal.
