Co-founded in 2010 by Adam Bierman and Andrew Modlin, went public 2018 via reverse takeover, peaked at $3 billion valuation, experienced spectacular collapse due to financial mismanagement

Mission

Originally aimed to "redefine society's relationship with cannabis" and provide world-class cannabis products - mission now defunct due to bankruptcy

Former multi-state operator with premium retail cannabis dispensaries featuring open-plan design, display tables, touchscreen tablets, once operated 32+ dispensaries serving medical/recreational customers
