Our story
The Healing Rose began in 2016 when co-founders Laura Beohner and Zachery McInnis started crafting organic CBD products in their Massachusetts kitchen to help friends and family. What started as a passion project quickly grew into something bigger when their handcrafted salves and topicals received overwhelmingly positive feedback.In early 2017, the couple took a major leap, moving into an 1,100-square-foot production facility in Andover, MA. By 2019, they had expanded to a beautiful 4,000-square-foot certified organic manufacturing facility in Newburyport, MA. The company has earned multiple "Best Topical" awards in cannabis competitions and won the 2018 NECANN award for "Best New England Company."A major milestone came in December 2023 when The Healing Rose announced their partnership and investment with Bada Bloom! Craft Cannabis, marking their expansion into the Massachusetts adult-use cannabis market. Today, their products are found in over 150 retail locations across 22 states, with distribution in nearly 100 Massachusetts dispensaries alone.
