Locations include the West Town neighborhood of Chicago near Wicker Park, the Chicago Southland store in Harvey, Aurora, DeKalb near Northern Illinois University, Champaign and Urbana near the University of Illinois, East Peoria and East Dubuque. The company has been open to adult-use customers since Illinois legalization in 2020, and most stores also serve registered medical patients, with separate medical and recreational menus.

Shelves carry only Illinois-grown cannabis from licensed state cultivators, and the company points customers to lab certificates of analysis for each product. The range covers flower, pre-rolls, vapes and disposables, concentrates such as live resin and rosin, edibles including beverages, tinctures, topicals and accessories. Online ordering supports express or curbside pickup, and some curbside service is limited to medical patients. Adults 21 and older need a valid ID or passport, and staff help people apply for an Illinois medical card.
