BEYOND / HELLO Santa Barbara Dispensary

Beyond Hello is a dispensary chain with stores in eight states on this directory: Ohio, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Illinois, Oklahoma, Arkansas and California. The name reflects its stated aim of giving customers personal attention past their first visit. Depending on state law and license, a store may serve adult-use customers, medical patients or both; the Sauget, Illinois store near St. Louis, for example, has separate teams and separate online menus for patients and recreational shoppers.

Stores carry flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, topicals and capsules, along with batteries, cleaning supplies and branded merchandise, and Illinois stores stock products from nearly all of the state's licensed growers and processors. Online and phone orders can be placed for in-store pickup with live pricing and stock, walk-ins are accepted, and the Hello Club loyalty program gives points and personalized deals. Store pages describe ADA-accessible, LGBTQ+ friendly spaces and free parking, with cash or debit accepted and an ATM on site at some locations.
