Jaime Nacrur, known professionally as "Weavers," transformed his passion for cannabis and art into a groundbreaking career that didn't exist before he created it. After years working in engineering, Weavers decided to follow his dreams and become the first person to create a career out of blunt art. What started as a personal creative outlet evolved into something truly revolutionary in the cannabis space.Weavers' astounding works of smokable art even earned him an exhibition, sponsored by Hitman Glass. The art show premiered in November 2017 at Hitman's Los Angeles coffee house to much fanfare, and included a massive Darth Vader statue constructed out of 10 pounds of cannabis and gold blunt wraps from Shine Papers. His journey from creating simple weapons like guns and knives from tobacco wraps to elaborate sculptures featuring liquor bottles, microphones, and UFC fighting gloves showcases his artistic evolution."I've been rolling blunts and making art for over 30 years," Nacrur said. "Four years ago, I had the opportunity to combine my love for art and cannabis through my artist identity, Weavers". Today, he operates from Los Angeles, crafting custom pieces that have redefined what cannabis art can be.
