Our story

Osage Creek Cultivation was founded in 2018 by Jay and Mary Trulove, a Berryville family who initially voted against Arkansas's medical cannabis amendment. Their transformation from skeptics to advocates began when Jay, a veteran airline pilot, started hearing firsthand testimonials from colleagues about cannabis helping their loved ones battle cancer, multiple sclerosis, and other conditions. After researching cannabis history dating back to the 1800s and learning about Charlotte's Web CBD helping children with seizures, Jay became convinced of the plant's medical potential. The Trulove family, who operated Trulove Dirtworks construction company and had over 30 years of farming experience, received one of Arkansas's first five cultivation licenses in July 2018. Their 92,000-square-foot indoor facility in Berryville was designed with expansion in mind, eventually doubling their intended plant capacity. Today, the family-owned operation has grown to include Osage Creek Dispensary in Eureka Springs, with Mary Trulove owning 55% of the cultivation facility, and sons Matt and Brad each owning 20%. Their journey from cannabis opponents to industry leaders reflects their commitment to helping Arkansas patients access quality medical cannabis.
