High Peaks emerged from the vision of Roger and Christine Sharpe, longtime Saratoga Springs residents who transformed their successful event production company into New York's cannabis industry. In 2011, Roger's vision expanded with the addition of his wife, Christine, to the team. Together, they have propelled their production business, High Peaks Event Production, to unprecedented success with clients including Skidmore College, Proctors, The Palace Theater, SPAC and various municipalities. Their journey from managing major events like the FISU World Games in Lake Placid to cannabis retail represents a natural evolution of their commitment to premium experiences.Roger Sharpe has been working in the cannabis industry for 30 years, so when it became possible to get a license in New York they jumped at the opportunity. High Peaks Canna became Saratoga Springs' first recreational dispensary, opening in 2024 as a pioneer in New York's legal cannabis market. The brand has since expanded beyond retail, with High Peaks flower products appearing in partner dispensaries like FlynnStoned, establishing their reputation as both a premium retail destination and quality product manufacturer throughout New York State.
