The Flowery is a family-owned cannabis company that started in South Florida as a medical marijuana delivery service and grew into a vertically integrated medical marijuana treatment center, cultivating its own cannabis at a facility in Homestead. It describes itself as Florida's first certified veteran-owned treatment center. In Florida it serves registered medical patients through dispensaries from Miami-Dade and Palm Beach up through Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and Tallahassee, and it also runs statewide delivery and a drive-thru in Miami.

The company later expanded into New York's adult-use market, where it works with licensed dispensary operators and has stores in Staten Island, Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan, along with same-day delivery. Menus include its own Flowery flower, hand-rolled pre-rolls and all-in-one vapes, plus rosin and live resin products, alongside partner lines such as 710 Labs and Persy. Florida shoppers need a state medical card and ID, while New York stores sell to adults 21 and over with valid ID.
