Terrasana in Ohio

Terrasana Cannabis Co. is an Ohio company that started as a medical marijuana dispensary operator and now serves both registered patients and adult-use customers. It says it was the first cannabis company to open a dispensary in Central Ohio and that it is run by a physician and a doctor of pharmacy. Its shops are spread across the state, including the Columbus and Cleveland areas.

Each store sets its own menu from Ohio-grown products, covering flower, vapes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures and topicals from a range of in-state processors. Reviewers describe checking in at the front desk before being shown to the sales floor, and online ordering for pickup is offered, though some mention waits for orders on busy days. A loyalty program lets shoppers earn points toward merchandise and gift cards. Patients buying under the medical program need an Ohio medical marijuana card; adults 21 and over can shop without one.
