Missouri Health and Wellness, which also goes by MHW Dispensaries, is a family-owned, independently operated dispensary group in Missouri. It began operating in November 2020 under the state's medical program and now sells to both medical patients and adults 21 and over. Its shops are in Jefferson City, Sedalia, Washington and Kirksville.

Unlike most Missouri operators, MHW does not grow or manufacture its own products, so it has no house brands. Its buyers instead stock products from many Missouri cultivators and manufacturers, and the company presents its shelf as one of the broadest in the state, covering flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, vapes, edibles and infused drinks. Staff are called wellness specialists, and reviews often mention budtenders taking time with first-time and out-of-state shoppers. A free loyalty program is available, with paid tiers that add perks and monthly product boxes, including one built around concentrates. Stores take cash and debit, and the Kirksville location lists an ATM, ADA access and a veteran discount.
