Gage Cannabis- Massachusetts in Massachusetts

Gage Cannabis Co. is a locally owned adult-use dispensary in Ayer, Massachusetts, on Route 2A between Interstate 495 and Route 2, which puts it within a short drive of Acton, Littleton, Groton and Townsend. The name comes from gage, a slang term for cannabis used by jazz musicians in the early twentieth century. It is an adult-use store serving customers 21 and over.

The menu focuses on lab-tested flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, edibles and cannabis drinks from Massachusetts producers, and staff put an emphasis on walking customers through options, which reviewers say makes older and first-time shoppers comfortable. Alongside the dispensary is a boutique selling books, journals, games, candles, ceramics, jewelry and other gifts from small makers, plus Gage-branded clothing. Orders can be placed online for fast pickup. Credit cards are not accepted, so customers should bring cash or a debit card. A loyalty program, Gage Gold Rewards, shares member-only offers that are not posted publicly.
