Fresh Karma Dispensaries- Midtown

Fresh Karma is a Missouri cannabis dispensary chain with 4 stores listed in this directory. Its locations include the Midtown store on Linwood Boulevard in Kansas City, Parkville north of the city, St. Joseph and Warrensburg. Adult-use shoppers need to be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID.

Menus cover a wide selection of flower strains, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates and fruit-based edibles, and the chain carries its own house brands alongside other Missouri producers. The Midtown Kansas City store has a drive-thru, which regulars say makes quick pickups easy. A rewards program earns points on purchases, and customer comments often single out budtenders by name for helping them choose, including suggesting alternatives when a product has not worked out. First-time visitors can expect staff to walk them through the menu and the purchase process step by step.
