FLUENT Cannabis Dispensary - Pensacola - 9 Mile

FLUENT is a cannabis retailer whose largest footprint is in Florida's medical program, with further stores in Pennsylvania and, per this directory, New York and Texas. In Florida, where sales are limited to registered patients, stores run from the Panhandle to the Atlantic coast, including Fort Walton Beach, Tallahassee, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Orlando, Melbourne, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Lake Worth. Pennsylvania locations include Annville, Hanover and Mechanicsburg, which also serve medical patients.

The menu is organized into flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, topicals and devices. FLUENT runs a rewards program, an iPhone app and a text alert list for new products, promotions and store events. Standing discounts are offered to new patients, veterans, first responders and their spouses, seniors, cannabis industry workers and patients who have recently renewed their card. Staff can also point people toward getting or renewing a medical card, which is required before a first purchase in both Florida and Pennsylvania.
