The interior borrows from an old-fashioned steakhouse or cigar bar, with red leather booths and hardwood floors, and the red color scheme nods to the city's historic Barbary Coast district. The business combines a retail counter, where customers browse the menu on tablets and get suggestions from budtenders, with a lounge that includes a dab bar with glass rigs and a separate area for smoking flower. Buying something typically comes with a limited-time pass to the lounge for non-members, and it can get crowded on weekend nights. Delivery is also offered. Visitors must be 21 or older with ID, and the store is a short walk from a Muni stop. Some reviewers note that taxes added at checkout can be confusing.
