Dispensaries near
Times Square Deals, Promos & Hours

New York lets adults smoke cannabis in most places where tobacco smoking is allowed, but Times Square’s pedestrian plazas, city parks and most hotels and theaters are smoke-free. Edibles are not limited the same way, but nothing comes into a Broadway theater.

Midtown Manhattan has licensed dispensaries, along with a lot of unlicensed smoke shops that sell cannabis without a state license. The stores listed here are licensed retailers, so what you buy has been tested and taxed under New York rules. Look for the state’s dispensary verification sticker in the window if you are shopping somewhere not listed.

The deals below come from licensed stores within about two miles of Times Square and are refreshed daily. New York sells to adults 21 and over with a valid ID, out-of-state visitors included. Broadway shows let out around ten thirty, and many licensed stores close around then, so check today’s hours below and shop before the show. New York allows smoking cannabis in more places than most states, but not in the Times Square plazas, so check where you are before you light up.

• Times Square–42nd Street is served by more subway lines than any other station, which makes the stores below easy to reach.
• Walking is usually faster than a car in Midtown, especially before and after shows.
• Licensed stores display a New York State dispensary verification sticker; the ones listed here are licensed.
• Do not drive after consuming. New York treats cannabis impairment like alcohol.
