Green Life Productions was born from the personal journey of Steve and Kouanin Cantwell, who started as patients in Nevada's medical marijuana program with a 12-plant home garden. Steve, a retired UFC fighter seeking alternatives to opioids for chronic pain management, discovered cannabis as medicine and began perfecting his organic growing craft in a 4x4 tent.The transition from personal cultivation to commercial success came when Kouanin developed a business plan based on Steve's organic growing methods, which they pitched to Mike Floyd, a local businessman whose family had previously sponsored Steve's MMA career. Floyd assembled a group of local general contractors to help build GLP into the successful company it is today.GLP proudly claims to be the longest running and oldest indoor commercial no-till living soil facility on the planet. They achieved a major milestone by becoming Nevada's first Clean Green Certified cultivator, setting the gold standard for organic cannabis farming in the state.
