Trulieve Getting Ready to Sell Medical Marijuana Edibles in Florida

Trulieve to Bring Marijuana-Infused Edibles to Florida

Trulieve has partnered with Colorado-based company Love’s Oven to bring cannabis-infused edibles to Florida.

As of right now, Florida’s dispensaries do not offer edible products. The state’s law does not permit state-licensed companies to produce edibles. Trulieve will be required to seek regulatory approvals to sell edibles at its dispensaries. However, there are no rules in place for the sale of edibles in Florida.

Trulieve has stated that it won’t sell any edibles until it receives regulatory approval. The company’s agreements for edibles are being put in place in preparation for state approval “so patients can have access to them quickly once approvals have been acquired” said Victoria Walker, Spokeswoman for Trulieve.

Trulieve stores in the state currently offer vaporizers, tinctures, topical creams, concentrates, and ground flower for vaping.
