How do I get a North Dakota medical marijuana card?

After seeing a certified medical marijuana doctor, and receiving a recommendation for medical marijuana as a treatment option, patients must then register with North Dakota’s medical marijuana program through the state department’s patient registration system. After your registration is approved, patients will be issued a temporary registry identification card, which may be used in conjunction with a government issued photo identification card / proof of identity until the registration is complete. Patients are required to provide forms of proof of residency and proof of identity when applying for their medical marijuana card, along with paying a registration fee of $50.
